After over 1700 tests, independent laboratories in Germany have confirmed: that the Life+ filter technology reduces the surrounding noise to an average of 24 dB. This way, your ears will take a well-deserved break at night – which benefits your hearing and provides a good night’s sleep.
The professional noise reduction is also effective against:We are usually very active during the night. And the earplugs move with us: The high-quality medical silicone adapts to your body. The 2-lamellae design is based on the natural shape of the ear canal. Once they are in your ears, they fill even the smallest corners of your ear canals. This way, they always fit perfectly – so comfortable that you almost forget you are wearing them.
Do not worry: You will not miss out on important sounds. Life+ earplugs are designed to let through high-frequency sounds such as crying babies, fire alarms, and alarm clocks. Low tones, on the other hand, are dampened.
Getting a good night’s sleep is important to us. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee: If you don’t notice any improvements in your sleep within the first three weeks, you can return the product for a full refund.
Slowly improve your sleep: Our noise-cancelling earplugs are designed for everyday use. The sturdy silicone adapts to your ear canal in the first few nights – allowing it to fit even more precisely over time.
The earplugs are in need of replacement only after around three to four months. A three-pack therefore means: enjoying a good night’s sleep for up to a year. We wish you sweet dreams!
Earwax etc. are no problem for our Life+. Simply clean the natural silicone using an ordinary cloth and, if necessary, a little dish soap.
Are you travelling a lot? Then simply store the earplugs in the included aluminum case in your pocket or your keychain.
At BOLLSEN we do care about the future of our environment. That is why we designed reusable earplugs. Our goal is to become a CO2-free company until 2030. And that is why we also pay attention to details:

Well-fitting earplugs cost normally hundreds of euros. But BOLLSEN Life+ earplugs are an alternative to custom otoplasty from audiologists: Thanks to the conical 2-lamellae design, the earplugs perfectly adapt to your ears, regardless of their shape. The soft silicone adapts to your ear canal and they feel custom-made at a fraction of the effort and price.
Our standard version is designed for medium-sized ear canals. They usually sit well, especially for tall women or small to average-sized men.
Short answer: Yes. Life+ is also suitable for noise cancellation while in the office, university school, or at home. They help block out surrounding noises and help focus on studying or working.
If you have small to medium ear canals, Life+’s standard size may be just right for you. We recommend our AR KI Tech ear measurement for very small or large ears: Just send us photos of your ears and we will send you the correct size.
Push the clean earplugs gently into your ear canal while turning them slightly. They should close your ear canal completely but do not force them too deep. The tab allows you to easily remove them at any given time.

The earplugs do their job very well to filter out any snoring noises but also other sounds which would wake me up as I am a light sleeper. I therefore get a better nights sleep and they are reusable!
I bought these ear plugs to help my sleep and although they don't cancel out noise totally - it's more muffled - my sleep has definitely improved. I did find that the left ear sometimes gets sore with the plug in - I am a side sleeper - but I think that's a problem with me and not necessarily the ear plug! Quite expensive for what they are, I think, but I'm not complaining now my sleep is better.
I ordered the standard size earplugs but they were tight in my ears so used the sizing technology and new smaller plugs were here in a couple of days. these fit great and do a great job of blocking unwanted sounds when I am trying to sleep
Unfortunately, I didn’t find the earplugs comfortable and had to seek a refund. This was issued very promptly and emails I sent were answered immediately and helpfully. I couldn’t fault Bollsen’s attention and customer care.
I ordered online which was very user friendly, and my order fulfilled immediately and delivery ontime. Thanks for such Great Customer Service. Congratulations to all the Team.
These earplugs really work. They are great.
Very neatly packaged in small container, so easy to carry around, will fit in handbag or pocket.
Another good point to mention is that these can be washed and are reusable. Great product. Highly recommended
Bought these for a music festival, they worked great at tuning out noise so i could sleep, even for a few hours!
I love my new ear plugs. I wear them every night and get such a better nights sleep now that they block external sound but I still wake up to my alarm. Will buy again!
The ear plugs are easy to fit, once used to them you don't notice them. They are discrete to wear if outside too. Definitely do the job
I am so happy with my ear plugs! I can sleep so well and, finally, I could forget about annoying noises of my housemates!
