After over 1700 tests, independent laboratories in Germany have confirmed: that the Life+ filter technology reduces the surrounding noise to an average of 24 dB. This way, your ears will take a well-deserved break at night – which benefits your hearing and provides a good night’s sleep.
The professional noise reduction is also effective against:We are usually very active during the night. And the earplugs move with us: The high-quality medical silicone adapts to your body. The 2-lamellae design is based on the natural shape of the ear canal. Once they are in your ears, they fill even the smallest corners of your ear canals. This way, they always fit perfectly – so comfortable that you almost forget you are wearing them.
Do not worry: You will not miss out on important sounds. Life+ earplugs are designed to let through high-frequency sounds such as crying babies, fire alarms, and alarm clocks. Low tones, on the other hand, are dampened.
Getting a good night’s sleep is important to us. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee: If you don’t notice any improvements in your sleep within the first three weeks, you can return the product for a full refund.
Slowly improve your sleep: Our noise-cancelling earplugs are designed for everyday use. The sturdy silicone adapts to your ear canal in the first few nights – allowing it to fit even more precisely over time.
The earplugs are in need of replacement only after around three to four months. A three-pack therefore means: enjoying a good night’s sleep for up to a year. We wish you sweet dreams!
Earwax etc. are no problem for our Life+. Simply clean the natural silicone using an ordinary cloth and, if necessary, a little dish soap.
Are you travelling a lot? Then simply store the earplugs in the included aluminum case in your pocket or your keychain.
At BOLLSEN we do care about the future of our environment. That is why we designed reusable earplugs. Our goal is to become a CO2-free company until 2030. And that is why we also pay attention to details:

Well-fitting earplugs cost normally hundreds of euros. But BOLLSEN Life+ earplugs are an alternative to custom otoplasty from audiologists: Thanks to the conical 2-lamellae design, the earplugs perfectly adapt to your ears, regardless of their shape. The soft silicone adapts to your ear canal and they feel custom-made at a fraction of the effort and price.
Our standard version is designed for medium-sized ear canals. They usually sit well, especially for tall women or small to average-sized men.
Short answer: Yes. Life+ is also suitable for noise cancellation while in the office, university school, or at home. They help block out surrounding noises and help focus on studying or working.
If you have small to medium ear canals, Life+’s standard size may be just right for you. We recommend our AR KI Tech ear measurement for very small or large ears: Just send us photos of your ears and we will send you the correct size.
Push the clean earplugs gently into your ear canal while turning them slightly. They should close your ear canal completely but do not force them too deep. The tab allows you to easily remove them at any given time.

Not only are the ear plugs amazing, they really work for me, the customer service is spot on. Somehow I managed to order two pairs. Got in touch with them and was immediately refunded my money even before I’d retuned the second pair. Brilliant.
I bought these to drown out the noise of our neighbours screaming children. I can still hear them but it has brought the noise down to a tolerable level. Thank you.
These are the first ones I tried to block out my partners snoring and I really can't compare between others. They do the job mostly, I can still hear the snoring but it is really much quieter. They are not super comfortable to the ears and I have to work a bit to get them to seal the ear canal, but overall it was a good investment
I ordered the standard ear Life + however these wouldn’t fit my ear properly. So I used the measuring service and then received a smaller bespoke pair. These fit and worked fabulously. I definitely recommend using the measuring service.
They work very well easy to usr, neat carrycase.
Great responsive service, love Bollson ear plugs, I have tried many other earplug types but this brand is a winner
Comfortable and quiet. Not 100% quiet, but the best I have tried among several other brands. Nice design too that makes them easy to take in/out of ears. Recommended for a good nights sleep or in a loud environment, like near vacuums at a carwash.
Since using the buds I have been immensely impressed and hence decided to by spares. An excellent product that allows me to sleep soundly. Thanks.
Best earplugs I’ve had, I’m a very light sleeper but this item has sorted that problem
I bought a pair of these some time ago and sadly left them at an overnight stay so bought another pair these block out noise but you can hear things. Can sleep really well even when the husband is snoring heavily next to me
