Well-fitting earplugs cost normally hundreds of euros. But BOLLSEN Life+ earplugs are an alternative to custom otoplasty from audiologists: Thanks to the conical 2-lamellae design, the earplugs perfectly adapt to your ears, regardless of their shape. The soft silicone adapts to your ear canal and they feel custom-made at a fraction of the effort and price.
Our standard version is designed for medium-sized ear canals. They usually sit well, especially for tall women or small to average-sized men.
Short answer: Yes. Life+ is also suitable for noise cancellation while in the office, university school, or at home. They help block out surrounding noises and help focus on studying or working.
If you have small to medium ear canals, Life+’s standard size may be just right for you. We recommend our AR KI Tech ear measurement for very small or large ears: Just send us photos of your ears and we will send you the correct size.
Push the clean earplugs gently into your ear canal while turning them slightly. They should close your ear canal completely but do not force them too deep. The tab allows you to easily remove them at any given time.

I find these plugs block out most noise but my ears do get a bit sore after they are in for a while
Very comfortable to wear. Better than anything I’ve used before. Don’t pop out during the night
Since wearing Bolsen hearing protection for good night sleep as I live near a train track and my husband snores it’s been a game changer my sleep is so much better I can still hear slight noise but not as much as before wearing them thanks

Best hear plugs I have invested in so far. I live in a very central and noisy area and I have only been able to sleep whilst using these earplugs! Highly recommended.
i have used them for 2 weeks and they do take some getting used to, left ear fits perfectly but the right is still not perfect but they certaily muffle my husbands snoring and i am definately sleeping better!!
I love theses ear plugs. They are so comfortable and effective. I get my ears measured the measurements are then held in my account so re ordering is easy.
I use them every night as my husband snores but on a recent coach journey I was able to extricate them from my case to completely cut out the loud chit chat up and down the coach and read my book without interruption. There are often special offers on and I generally use three pairs through the year as they are good for about 100 days.
