Well-fitting earplugs cost normally hundreds of euros. But BOLLSEN Life+ earplugs are an alternative to custom otoplasty from audiologists: Thanks to the conical 2-lamellae design, the earplugs perfectly adapt to your ears, regardless of their shape. The soft silicone adapts to your ear canal and they feel custom-made at a fraction of the effort and price.
Our standard version is designed for medium-sized ear canals. They usually sit well, especially for tall women or small to average-sized men.
Short answer: Yes. Life+ is also suitable for noise cancellation while in the office, university school, or at home. They help block out surrounding noises and help focus on studying or working.
If you have small to medium ear canals, Life+’s standard size may be just right for you. We recommend our AR KI Tech ear measurement for very small or large ears: Just send us photos of your ears and we will send you the correct size.
Push the clean earplugs gently into your ear canal while turning them slightly. They should close your ear canal completely but do not force them too deep. The tab allows you to easily remove them at any given time.

Hi the service is excellent the ear plugs fit really well the but unfortunately I can still everything that’s going on.
Having used different types of ear plugs over the years with various performance I have found these the most comfortable and effective. They are well worth the money as they are easy to fit and be washed to be used again and again.
I am a shift working and these are by far the best ear plugs I’ve found. I can fall asleep quickly and they are comfortable enough not to disturb me. They block out my husbands snoring too! Game changer
I have tried several different types of ear plugs, but none have been particularly effective. The Bollsen ear plugs are amazing, no more disturbed sleep from unwanted noise. Would highly recommend.

These earbuds do actually work.
They have become quite discoloured quite quickly (I do regularly clean my ears!)
maybe a darker coloured material would be better?
Also they are very expensive!
I have been happy using them but I’m sure they are fairly cheap to make and in my opinion they are too expensive so I won’t be buying again.
The ear plugs definitely reduce the impact external noise has been having on my sleep. The plugs are easy to insert and remove. The ear on the side I sleep on does feel a little sore in the morning as a result of having the ear plug in there but hopefully this will reduce in time as I get used to wearing them. Thanks!
Finally able to get a good night sleep after 15 years of torture being a light sleeper! These have been a god-sent! Only critique I have of the product is that in being white they do go discoloured quite quickly which isn't the nicest. I also think the customer should be able to choose to just buy the ear plugs without the travel case, as after the first purchase it means the customer is wasting movey and resources by getting a travel case each time. I have now got a good few building up and it feels wasteful of my money and unsustainable in terms of resources. Also would be great if there was a take-back program as silicone is very hard to recycle!
I have found the ear plugs great my new partner snores like a steam train these have helped so so much I’d definitely recommend my only criticism Is the tiny clear bag plugs came in unfortunately my son though they were rubbish when I left my second pair on bench he put it in bin never to be seen again I’m devastated!
