Well-fitting earplugs cost normally hundreds of euros. But BOLLSEN Life+ earplugs are an alternative to custom otoplasty from audiologists: Thanks to the conical 2-lamellae design, the earplugs perfectly adapt to your ears, regardless of their shape. The soft silicone adapts to your ear canal and they feel custom-made at a fraction of the effort and price.
Our standard version is designed for medium-sized ear canals. They usually sit well, especially for tall women or small to average-sized men.
Short answer: Yes. Life+ is also suitable for noise cancellation while in the office, university school, or at home. They help block out surrounding noises and help focus on studying or working.
If you have small to medium ear canals, Life+’s standard size may be just right for you. We recommend our AR KI Tech ear measurement for very small or large ears: Just send us photos of your ears and we will send you the correct size.
Push the clean earplugs gently into your ear canal while turning them slightly. They should close your ear canal completely but do not force them too deep. The tab allows you to easily remove them at any given time.

Great product for sleeping during the day whilst working night shifts, cuts out all traffic sounds and neighbours barking dog!
I've tried many ear plugs over many years to help me sleep through snoring nights these are the best I've had reducing the sounds enough that even if I wake through the night I can normally go back to sleep. They are easy to insert and quite comfortable. Would recommend these with confidence. Thanks

Having tried numerous over the counter ear plugs, which were totally ineffective, these Bollsen ear plugs really do work. Comfortable and they block out 99% of any noise.

Very pleased with them. They are easy to fit and comfortable to wear. They do distort slightly after wear but soon okay. They wash easily too.
I brought the Bollsen ear plugs as my husband snores loudly. I’ve tried many other ear plugs with no success. These seem to be helping, firstly they are the most comfortable ones I’ve brought & actually stay in my ears all night (the others have all fallen out) & secondly, even though when I first put them in I can still hear the snoring I have fallen asleep quickly & have stayed asleep so an absolute bonus for me. Very happy with this purchase.
