Music SoundPRO Earplugs for Concerts, Festivals, Music

This is the most common concern, and with foam plugs it is a fair one. Music SoundPRO brings the overall volume down by SNR 24 dB to a safer level. Attenuation rises with frequency, so more comes off the harsh top end than the low end. The sting goes before the weight does. You still hear the music, just quieter, and you still feel the bass in your chest, because that reaches you through your body rather than through your ear canal.

Foam plugs block noise by sealing everything out, and the result is muffled. Most people pull them out after two songs, and their hearing is unprotected for the rest of the night. Music SoundPRO is a two-lamella silicone plug that brings the volume down to a level you can stay in all night, is reusable up to 100 times, is invisible in the ear, and lives in a metal case on your keyring. A disposable foam plug costs 20p and is used once. Music SoundPRO works out at about 30p a concert across 100 uses.

Most adults fit well in the standard size (Medium). If you’re unsure, use our AI ear measurement: two photos of your ears and we find your exact ear canal size in seconds. No audiologist, no guessing, no bad fit. And if you find after purchase that the size isn’t right, we’ll swap them out. No problem.

Yes. The soft 2-flange silicone adapts to your ear canal and actually seats better with body heat as the night goes on. Head movement, dancing, sweating, leaning in to talk to someone: Music SoundPRO stays put. Customers report full six-hour festival days without adjusting once. The tab also gives you full control whenever you want to take them out.

There’s no obligation to wear earplugs at a concert. But hearing can be permanently and irreversibly damaged at volumes as low as 80 decibels. Most concerts exceed that level for several hours straight. If you’re regularly exposed to loud sound, as a musician, DJ, or venue staff, the case for protection is even stronger. The damage is silent, cumulative, and permanent. There is no undo.

Protection, first. But two other things matter to musicians: being able to keep playing, and comfort. Music SoundPRO brings the level down without sealing you off the way foam does, so you can still hear yourself and the room. Quieter, but there. The soft silicone moulds to the ear canal so it sits securely through hours of performance.

Gently push the clean earplugs into your ear canal while turning them slightly. They should seal the ear canal completely but never be forced in. The tab makes them easy to remove at any time. For best results, make sure you have the right size. If you’re unsure, use the AI ear measurement before ordering.

That ringing is the noise dose reporting itself. Hours at 100 dB or more is far past what an ear absorbs comfortably in one go. It usually settles. If it does not settle, or it keeps returning, it is worth seeing a GP or an audiologist: noise damage is cumulative and permanent. Hearing protection reduces the dose, which is the part you can control.
